Contact Us on Facebook – ISSB Masterclass

Website: ISSB Masterclass — Your Complete ISSB Preparation Platform

The 3 AM Messenger Notification That Changed Everything

When we first started ISSB Masterclass, we wanted to be as accessible as possible. We put our personal Facebook profiles, a WhatsApp number, and an email address all over the site.

It was a disaster.

I remember waking up at 3:14 AM to a Facebook Messenger notification. It was a 4-minute voice note from a number I didn't recognize. I listened to it, expecting an emergency. Instead, it was a guy saying, "Bhai, main ne apply kar diya hai, ab kya karun? ISSB kab bulayega?"

I couldn't answer that. Nobody could. It depends on the recruitment branch, the batch, the vacancies, and a dozen other factors.

But that morning, I realized something crucial: if we don't organize how people contact us, we won't have the time or energy to actually run this website. We moved everything to our official Facebook Page, set up strict rules, and haven't looked back since.

If you want to reach us, Facebook Messenger is the best way. But please, read the rules below before you hit send.

Our Official Facebook Page

This is the only official Facebook presence for ISSB Masterclass. We do not operate from personal profiles.

Step-by-Step: How to Get a Reply (Not Ignored)

We read every single message that comes to our Page inbox. But we are a small team writing free guides for thousands of candidates. Here is how to make sure your message gets a fast, useful reply:

Step 1: Send a message to the Page, not a personal profile.
If you send a friend request or a message to a personal account claiming to be from our team, it will be ignored. Only use the "Send Message" button on our official Page.

Step 2: Skip the "Hello" and ask your question in the first message.
Bad: "Assalam o Alaikum" ... [waits 2 hours for us to reply "Walaikum Assalam"] ... "Bhai ek masla hai."
Good: "Assalam o Alaikum. I am preparing for my first ISSB attempt in September. I am struggling with the non-verbal intelligence test, specifically the cube rotation questions. Do you have any practice resources for this?"

Step 3: Give us context.
Tell us where you are in your journey. Are you a beginner? Do you have your call letter? Is this your second attempt? What specific service (Army, Navy, PAF) are you applying for?

Step 4: Text only. Absolutely no voice notes.
We cannot listen to audio messages while researching, writing, or commuting. If you send a voice note, we will likely ask you to type it out, which delays the whole process.

Good vs. Bad Messages (Real Examples)

❌ Bad Message:
"ISSB masterclass plz help me I want to join army my english is weak what to do plz reply fast my test is next month."

Why it fails: It's too broad. "English is weak" could mean you can't read the paper, or it could mean you struggle to speak confidently in the interview. We don't know where to start.

✅ Good Message:
"Hi team. My ISSB is in 4 weeks. I can read and understand English fine, but I freeze up during the Group Discussion on Day 3 because I can't find the right words quickly. Can you suggest a daily exercise to improve my spoken fluency under pressure?"

Why it works: It's specific. It tells us the exact test, the exact problem, and the timeframe. We can reply to this in 5 minutes with actionable advice.

What We CAN Help You With on Facebook

  • Clarifying our guides: If you read an article on the site and something isn't clear, message us the link and your specific question.
  • Preparation strategy: "I have 2 months left, I work a 9-to-5 job, how should I divide my time?"
  • Sharing your experience: We love hearing from candidates who just returned from Kohat, Gujranwala, Quetta, or Karachi. Tell us what surprised you.
  • Reporting website issues: If a page isn't loading or an ad is blocking the text on your mobile phone, let us know.

What We CANNOT Do (Please Read)

  • We cannot check your application status. We have no connection to the military recruitment databases. Check the official Join Pak Army/Navy/PAF websites.
  • We cannot tell you if you are medically fit. We are not CMH doctors. Do not send us pictures of your medical reports asking for a diagnosis.
  • We will not write your TAT stories or Self-Description. If you ask us to write these for you so you can memorize them, we will tell you no. That is the fastest way to get a "Not Recommended" stamp on Day 2.
  • We cannot predict your result. "Bhai, I did this much in GTO, will I pass?" Nobody knows. The final conference decides based on your overall 4-5 day performance.

⚠️ CRITICAL SCAM WARNING ⚠️

Because ISSB preparation is a high-stakes, emotional journey, scammers actively target candidates on Facebook.

Please memorize these rules:

  • ISSB Masterclass is 100% FREE. We will NEVER message you first on Facebook asking for EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfers.
  • There are no "leaked papers." Anyone claiming to have the exact psychological pictures or intelligence test questions for your upcoming batch is trying to steal your money.
  • Verify the profile. Scammers create fake profiles with names like "ISSB Masterclass Official Admin" or "ISSB Selection Officer". Always check that you are messaging the verified, official Page linked on this website.

Our Response Time

We aim to reply to all genuine, specific questions within 24 hours.

If you send a message and receive an automated reply from Facebook, don't worry. That just means we are currently writing, researching, or sleeping. Your message is in our inbox and we will get to it.

If 48 hours pass and you haven't heard back, it means your message likely broke one of the rules above (e.g., it was just "Hello", or it was a voice note). Feel free to send a follow-up text message with a clear, specific question.

We built this Facebook community to support you, not to overwhelm you. Ask good questions, help each other out in the comments, and let's get you ready for that recommendation letter. 💪🇵🇰
