Disclaimer – ISSB Masterclass

Website: ISSB Masterclass — Your Complete ISSB Preparation Platform

The 2 AM Email That Made Me Write This Page

A while back, I woke up to an angry email. The subject line was just: "YOU RUINED MY CHANCE."

The sender was a young guy who had just been declared medically unfit at the initial selection center. He was furious because he read on a preparation blog that a minor eyesight issue wouldn't matter if he just memorized the eye chart. He tried it. He got caught. He was permanently blacklisted for dishonesty.

The thing was, he didn't even read that advice on our website. He read it on a random forum. But it made me realize something terrifying: candidates are so desperate, so stressed, and so hungry for information that they will treat any internet blog post as absolute gospel.

That is dangerous. And it is exactly why this Disclaimer page exists.

This isn't just legal jargon to protect us. This is a set of boundaries to protect you. Please read this carefully before you use any guide, tip, or resource on ISSB Masterclass.

1. We Are NOT the Official ISSB or Military

Let me be crystal clear right at the top:

ISSB Masterclass is an independent, privately run educational blog.

  • We are NOT affiliated with the Inter Services Selection Board.
  • We are NOT affiliated with the Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, or Pakistan Air Force.
  • We are NOT affiliated with the Ministry of Defence.
  • We do not have access to your application status, roll numbers, or call letters.
  • We cannot get you recommended, and we cannot change a "Not Recommended" result.

For any official information, registrations, date sheets, or final results, you must ONLY use the official government portals:

If someone messages you on WhatsApp or Facebook claiming they are from "ISSB Masterclass Official" and asks for money to process your application, block them immediately. It is a scam.

2. No Guarantees of Selection

I need you to understand how ISSB actually works. It is not a written exam where scoring 80% gets you a pass. It is a holistic psychological and behavioral assessment.

Because of this, we cannot and do not guarantee that reading our content will get you recommended.

We can help you understand the format. We can help you practice intelligence tests. We can explain what the GTO is looking for in a command task. But we cannot take the test for you.

Your recommendation depends on your inherent personality, your physical fitness, your ability to work in a team, your honesty under pressure, and how you perform on those specific 4 to 5 days compared to the other candidates in your batch.

Anyone who guarantees you a pass is lying to you. Usually, they are about to ask for your money.

3. Information Accuracy and Changes

We work hard to keep our guides updated. But military recruitment policies change. Age limits shift. Syllabi get revised. Physical standards get updated.

While we try to correct outdated information as soon as we find out about it, there will be times when our website lags behind an official announcement.

Your responsibility: Always cross-check critical information (like eligibility criteria, last dates to apply, and required documents) with the official recruitment websites listed above. Do not make life-altering decisions based solely on a blog post.

4. This is NOT Medical Advice

We have articles on physical preparation, running stamina, and general fitness tips for the military. We also discuss common medical rejection reasons based on publicly available data and candidate experiences.

We are not doctors. We are not CMH medical officers.

Do not use this website to self-diagnose a medical condition. Do not use our articles to decide whether you are medically fit or unfit. If you have concerns about your eyesight, your BMI, a past surgery, or any physical condition, go to a qualified medical professional.

My best practical advice? Get a pre-medical checkup at a reputable local lab or hospital before you even apply. Tell the doctor you are applying for the military and ask them to check you against standard military medical guidelines. It will save you the heartbreak of traveling to a selection center only to be sent home on day one.

5. This is NOT Professional Psychological Advice

This is perhaps the most important disclaimer on this entire page.

We break down the Word Association Test, Sentence Completion Test, TAT, and Self-Description. We explain what psychologists generally look for. We give examples of positive vs. negative framing.

We are not licensed clinical psychologists.

Do not use our guides to try and "hack" or "fake" your psychological profile. The ISSB psychologists are highly trained professionals. They use standardized, validated testing methods. They conduct deep-dive interviews to verify your written responses.

If you try to memorize a fake personality based on our tips, you will be caught. The result will be a "Not Recommended" with a specific note on inauthenticity, which can permanently damage your chances for future attempts.

Use our psychological guides to understand the format and to learn how to express your real thoughts clearly. Do not use them to invent a fake version of yourself.

6. Advertising and AdSense Disclosure

ISSB Masterclass is completely free for you to use. We do not charge subscription fees, and we do not sell premium courses.

To pay for web hosting, domain renewals, and the time it takes to research and write these guides, we display advertisements on this website through Google AdSense.

This means:

  • Google may place cookies on your browser to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history.
  • We do not personally endorse every product or service that appears in the ads on our site. We do not control the specific ads Google chooses to display.
  • If you click on an ad and make a purchase or sign up for a service, that transaction is strictly between you and the advertiser.

We will never write an article just to promote an advertiser. Our editorial content is completely independent.

7. External Links and Third-Party Websites

Our articles contain links to external websites. These might be official government portals, YouTube videos explaining a GTO task, news articles about defense policies, or book recommendations on Amazon or Daraz.

We provide these links to make your research easier. However, we have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.

When you leave ISSB Masterclass, you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of that new website. Always be careful where you enter your personal information, especially your CNIC or phone number.

8. Past Papers and "Leaked" Content

Let's clear up a massive myth: There is no such thing as official leaked ISSB papers.

ISSB does not publish past papers. The intelligence tests are standardized and kept strictly confidential. The psychological pictures are rotated and kept secure.

When we provide "practice questions" or "past paper reconstructions" on this website, they are based on:

  • Publicly available syllabi.
  • General knowledge and standard IQ test formats.
  • Memories and experiences shared by candidates who have attended ISSB (which are subjective and often incomplete).

These are for practice and familiarization only. They are not the exact questions you will see on your test day. Do not memorize them expecting them to repeat.

9. Copyright and Fair Use

All original content, articles, guides, and website design on ISSB Masterclass belong to us. You are welcome to read, share, and link back to our articles.

However, you may not copy our articles word-for-word and republish them on your own website, Facebook page, or YouTube channel without our explicit written permission.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If we use quotes, data, or references from official military handbooks or published books, we do so under fair use for educational and commentary purposes.

10. User Comments and Guest Stories

If we allow comments on our blog posts, or if we publish guest stories from candidates who have attended ISSB, those opinions belong solely to the individual who wrote them.

We try to moderate comments to remove spam, scams, and abusive language. But we cannot verify every single claim made by a user in the comments section. Read user experiences with a critical mind. What worked for one candidate in 2023 might not work for you in 2025.

Final Word: Use Your Common Sense

We built ISSB Masterclass because we believe every Pakistani candidate deserves access to clear, honest, and free preparation material, regardless of their financial background.

But at the end of the day, you are the one responsible for your preparation, your application, and your conduct at the selection center.

Use this website as a compass, not as a crutch. Read our guides, practice the exercises, reflect on your personality, and then go verify everything with official sources.

If you have any questions about this disclaimer, or if you spot something on our website that you believe is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We will investigate and fix it.

Prepare hard. Prepare smart. And above all, prepare honestly.

By continuing to use ISSB Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. 💪🇵🇰
